The first purchase was second Hunter wheel balancer. We have grown to the point that our first wheel balancer was being used so heavily that it caused a traffic jam in our shop! The second balance will eliminate that bottleneck and allow us to install and service tires more efficiently.
Our second investment was an ignition/lab scope for our Snap-On Modis diagnostic tool. The ignition scope accessory allows us to better pinpoint engine misfires and faulty sensors. This will give you a more accurate diagnosis for check engine lights and drivability troubles.
While we were at it, we upgraded our Modis diagnostic software to handle European cars. We can now diagnose check engine and ABS lights on Mercedes, BMW, Volkswagen, and Audi vehicles.
