As the manager of a fast food restaurant, I know that retail businesses get all sorts of complaints. I wanted to take a second to let you know about some GOOD service I received from your store.
I was shopping at the Target across the street. When I got in my car and got ready to leave, my car wouldn't start. I looked around for someone to give me a j ump start, but didn't see any candidates. I called a towing company and was told it would be almost 90 minutes before someone could come out to jump my car. I saw your sign and decided to walk over. Your customer service person (sorry I don't remember his name) asked one of his young mechanics to drive over and give me a jump start. It turned out that my battery had leaked out all its fluid, so I needed a new battery. You mechanic drove back to the shop, got a battery, and came back and installed it right there in the parking lot. I then drove to your shop to pay the bill. I was surprised that there was no service charge for driving over to my car twice and. installing the battery.
My car now works fine and I am very pleased. I will be coming back to your store to buy tires this fall.
